• International Service: FFOMU explicitly declares that it does not provide services within Mainland China. The services of this platform are aimed at international users and do not guarantee compliance with the laws and regulations of Mainland China.
• User Responsibility: If users from Mainland China access FFOMU, they must ensure that their actions comply with local laws and regulations and bear all responsibilities themselves. FFOMU does not assume any legal responsibility for users accessing or using the services from Mainland China.

5. User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create, including:

• AI characters and their descriptions
• Shared conversations and roleplay content
• Uploaded media (videos, images, artwork)

Content License

By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display and distribute your content on the platform
• Use it for promotional purposes
• Create derivative works (e.g., recommendations, features)
• Sublicense to third-party service providers

This license ends when you delete your content, except for cached copies (up to 90 days) and content required for legal purposes.

Content Standards

Your content must not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain malware or malicious code
• Be deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
• Promote illegal activities
• Harass, bully, or threaten others
• Contain hate speech or discrimination
• Sexualize minors in any way
• Promote self-harm or suicide

Age-Restricted Content

FFOMU accepts the posting and sharing of adult content, but strictly prohibits the publication or dissemination of sexually explicit material involving individuals under the age of 18. We will take reasonable measures based on user age to determine whether to display sensitive content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI Content

AI-generated responses may:

• Contain inaccuracies or errors
• Produce unexpected or inappropriate outputs
• Not represent our views or endorsements
• Vary in quality and appropriateness

No Professional Advice

AI characters do not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Do not rely on AI for critical decisions. We use automated systems and human review to detect inappropriate content and improve AI safety.

7. Prohibited Activities

Technical Abuse

You may not:

• Access the service through unauthorized means
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Reverse engineer our AI models or software
• Create automated bots without permission
• Overwhelm our servers (DDoS attacks)
• Scrape or harvest user data

Content Abuse

• Post spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
• Share others' personal information (doxxing)
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans
• Manipulate rankings or engagement metrics

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All functions, software, technology, programs, logo, branding, design, AI models, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by FFOMU LTD or our licensors.

9. Payment and Purchases

Fees

• Auto-Renewal: Purchases do not renew automatically
• Access: Access follows the terms shown at checkout
• Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days notice

• Subscription: Refunds within 14 days of initial purchase

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING AMOUNT PAID TO US IN PAST 12 MONTHS
• DAMAGES FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT OR ACTIONS
• DAMAGES FROM USER BEHAVIOR OR CONTENT

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The establishment, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court matters, intellectual property disputes, and emergency equitable relief.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will:

• Provide 30 days notice when possible
• Require acceptance for continued use

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement
